How your rewards work
On Free: each qualifying friend adds 30 days of Premium. Months stack after your remaining earned access. Five qualifying friends means 150 days. No card, automatic paid enrollment, or surprise charge.
On a paid monthly plan: each qualifying friend earns $2 toward a future Stripe invoice.
On a paid annual plan: each qualifying friend earns one-twelfth of the $20 annual price, rounded cumulatively to the nearest cent. Twelve qualifying referrals total $20 in credit.
Credits apply to future charges, not refunds for earlier payments. They do not cancel or change your renewal settings. Pending credits appear in your invitation panel until Stripe confirms them. Earned free access must finish before starting a new paid subscription.
Friends who already have accounts do not qualify. Each distinct new person qualifies once. Rewards have no cash value; duplicate accounts and self-referrals are not eligible.
A friendly invitation. Nothing more.
We use your friend’s first name and email to send one invitation on your behalf. We do not add them to a mailing list, advertising audience, or follow-up marketing campaign.
Each email explains who invited them, discloses your reward, includes the sample tracker, and provides an easy way to stop invitations without creating an account.
We keep limited hashed records to prevent repeat invitations, honor opt-outs and account for rewards. Our email provider may retain delivery records. If your friend joins, their account has its own privacy protections.
You can submit up to five email invitations per day and 20 per month. We skip existing members, opted-out addresses and recipients invited in the past 90 days without revealing their account status.
Sharing by text? We only provide a message to copy. You decide where to paste and send it. We never collect phone numbers or send texts. Keep the reward disclosure in your message.
A few things before the next encore
Does my friend need to buy Premium?
No. Creating a new Free account through your invitation and verifying the email qualifies.
Can I invite fewer than five friends?
Absolutely. Invite one to five at a time. There’s no obligation to invite anyone, and the prompt can be dismissed.
How do you know who invited someone?
Your link contains a random referral code tied to your account. We remember it in the recipient’s browser for up to 30 days. Email invitation links are valid for 90 days and match the invited email. We count verified joins and record email sends and text-message copy actions; a copy does not prove a text was sent.
What if a reward is missing?
Your friend must verify their email and be a new member. Check your invitation panel, then contact support@ezconcerttracker.com if something looks wrong.
