EZ CONCERT TRACKER · FALLS+PARTNERS LLC
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026 · Version 2026-10-06
Your concert history belongs to you. This policy explains what EZ Concert Tracker collects, why we use it, and how to request access, corrections, or deletion.
1. Who we are and what this covers
EZ Concert Tracker is a Roots Music Rambler product. Falls+Partners LLC is the business that operates both EZ Concert Tracker and Roots Music Rambler. We are responsible for personal information processed to run this service. This policy covers our web app and related account, billing, and support interactions. It does not cover independent websites you visit through links, including Roots Music Rambler, Stripe, or photo-sharing services.
Contact: support@ezconcerttracker.com. Use “Privacy request” in your subject line. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, or unnecessary identity documents.

2. Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, protected password verification data, verification status, sign-in sessions, and records of agreement to our terms.
- Your concert records: artists, dates, venues, cities, performance types, VIP or meet-and-greet notes, guest or opener details, shared-bill credits, and any photo-album URLs you enter. Concert history can reveal where you were and your interests. Only enter information you are comfortable storing.
- Subscription information: plan, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, checkout records, billing status, renewal or end dates, and related transaction events. Stripe collects payment details directly. Our app does not receive or store your full card number or security code.
- Support communications: the messages and information you choose to send us.
- Technical information: IP addresses, browser and request information received by our hosting or security systems, error information, and session and abuse-prevention records. We do not request your device’s GPS location. Map positions come from city names in your entries.
We receive data from you, your browser, and Stripe’s payment-status notifications. The current app stores links to photo albums; it does not scan your photo library, upload your photos, or connect to Flickr, Facebook, or Apple Photos accounts. A link’s access permissions remain controlled by its hosting service.
3. How and why we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts; store and display your records; calculate charts, rankings, and map locations; provide Premium features; process and administer subscriptions; send account and service notices; answer requests; prevent fraud and misuse; diagnose problems; and comply with legal obligations or establish and defend legal claims.
We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, serve targeted ads, or use your private concert records to train AI models. We do not make automated decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Marketing messages, if offered, will have a separate choice and an unsubscribe option; essential account and billing notices are separate.
4. Who can receive information
Your list is private to your account in the current app. We do not publish it automatically. Authorized personnel and service providers may access information as needed to operate, support, or secure the service.
- Service providers: hosting and infrastructure providers, including Hostinger for the hosted service, and providers used to deliver account emails and support. They receive only information needed for those functions, subject to applicable agreements.
- Stripe: receives account identity and payment-related information for checkout, billing, fraud prevention, and its legal obligations. Stripe also acts independently for some activities. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
- Legal and safety recipients: when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, protect people and the service, or investigate abuse.
- Business transactions: information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale, subject to appropriate safeguards and any legally required notice.
- At your direction: when you ask us to disclose information or use an optional feature that clearly identifies its recipient.
Opening an external album or other link takes you to an independent service that may collect information under its own terms. We do not embed external albums or load their tracking scripts inside your list.
5. Cookies and tracking choices
The app uses a necessary first-party cookie named ezct to keep you signed in for up to eight hours. Signing out expires that browser’s sign-in cookie. Blocking this cookie prevents signed-in features from working. Stripe’s separate checkout and billing pages may use their own cookies for payment processing and fraud prevention.
The current app does not use advertising cookies or third-party audience analytics. We do not track your activity across unrelated websites. “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals do not change the app’s operation because we do not engage in sale, advertising sharing, or targeted advertising. If that changes, we will update this notice and provide legally required choices before starting those activities.
Friend invitations and rewards
When a member asks us to invite a friend, we use the friend's first name and email solely to deliver that one invitation. We do not add invited friends to newsletters, advertising audiences, or follow-up marketing. Our app does not retain the raw invitation name or address after sending; our email provider may retain delivery records under its service policies. We retain hashed recipient records, permission attestations, delivery status, opt-out tokens, sender attribution, and reward records to prevent repeat invitations, honor opt-outs, provide rewards, and investigate abuse. Hashing is a safeguard, not a claim of anonymity. You can stop invitations using the email's link without creating an account.
A referral link stores the inviting member's random code in your browser for up to 30 days to attribute a new account. Verification of a new account qualifies the inviter for a reward. We record invitation submissions, text-message copy actions and verified joins, not phone numbers or the contents of your private text messages. Copy actions do not prove a message was sent. Joining creates your own account subject to this policy; it does not enroll you in marketing.
6. Retention and security
We retain account and concert information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Canceling Premium does not delete your free account or concert records. Existing album URLs may remain stored while their Premium display and editing features are unavailable.
After an authenticated deletion request, we delete or de-identify information unless retention is necessary for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute purposes. Backups, if maintained, may retain copies until they expire through the backup cycle; retained copies are restricted to those purposes. Retention depends on the type of record, the service need, and applicable obligations. Stripe may retain transaction records under its own legal requirements.
We use safeguards such as protected password verification, access controls, and session security. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure. Use a unique password and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
You can review and edit concert entries while signed in. Email support@ezconcerttracker.com to request a copy of your information, corrections, deletion of entries or your account, or help with another privacy right. Privacy requests are available to Free and Premium users. We verify requests using information reasonably necessary to protect the account, generally your account email; we do not ask for your password.
Depending on your location and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing; and opt out of certain uses. Authorized agents may act where permitted, subject to verification of authority. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
For EEA and UK requests, we normally respond within one month; many U.S. state laws generally allow 45 days. We respond within the time required by the law applicable to your request, explain any permitted extension or denial, and describe available appeal options. To appeal a denied request, email us with “Privacy appeal” and the original request reference. You may also contact your state attorney general or other competent privacy regulator. These rights can be subject to lawful exceptions and do not require us to erase records we must retain.
8. International processing
We offer the service globally where legally permitted. Our business is based in the United States. We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where we operate. Privacy laws may differ from those where you live. Where applicable law requires a transfer safeguard, we must use an appropriate lawful mechanism; agreeing to our Terms is not a waiver of those protections.
Where European Economic Area or UK data protection law applies, our processing grounds are performance of our contract for accounts and requested features; legitimate interests in security, support, and service reliability subject to your rights; legal obligations for required records; and consent where required for optional activities. You may complain to your EEA data protection authority or the UK Information Commissioner. You may ask us for information about the applicable transfer safeguards. Additional regional information or representatives will be identified when required for the markets we serve.
9. Children
The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate. Do not create an account on behalf of a child.
10. Policy changes
We show the updated date on this page. For material changes, we will provide a prominent notice in the app or by email before the change takes effect where required. We will obtain consent when applicable law requires it. New uses of previously collected information remain subject to applicable legal protections.
